Information & Cancellation Policy

Failure to reserve a room by the deadline will result in reservations subject to the hotel’s current rates and availability. Once WICA’s room block has sold out, there is no guarantee that WICA will be able to add more rooms at the group rate. WICA’s group rate available three days prior to and after the convention based on the hotel’s availability.

Hotel does not charge a deposit at the time of booking, however the hotel cancellation policy is 15 days prior to arrival. To avoid a late cancellation fee, guests will need to cancel their reservation before that time.

Cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled arrival date will incur a late cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate plus tax.
