WSC-WICA Labor-Management Meet In Tucson

The leaders of the Western State Conference & the Western Insulation Contractors Association met last week in Tucson, Arizona for the annual spring Labor-Management meeting. Both parties dedicated considerable time discussing what steps can be taken to further try and recapture marketshare for the union contractors, journeyman training & certifications, industrial maintenance projects and more.

At the conclusion of the half day meeting the parties agreed to move forward with a conference wide marketshare study and to review and improve the WSC-WICA Industrial Maintenance Market Recovery Agreement implemented years ago
