WICA-WSC Labor/Management Meeting Set For March
The leaders of the WICA & WSC will meet in Tucson, Arizona at the Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa on March 22-23, 2018 for our Annual Labor/Management Conference. We will be working to pro-actively address many of the “hot topics” in the Western States. Participation in this meeting is open to all contributing WICA contractor members and your leadership and input is imperative. In addition to meeting with Labor partners attendees will also hear from Dr. Cary Peters. Cary is the Executive Director of the Construction Labor Research Council and has extensive expertise in collective bargaining, data tracking and statistical analysis, and program management. His expertise includes leading wage related negotiations with all of the building and construction trades unions, as well as numerous other unions. During his presentation he will share his findings on his most recent market share study across the Western States. Additionally, we encourage members to submit topics of interest that focus on local and regional issues.
RSVP today and make your hotel reservations quickly. Rooms are available for the Western Insulation Contractors Association & Western States Conference Labor-Management meeting at a conference rate of $219 plus 12.05% tax per night. There will be a nightly resort service charge of $29 plus tax that will be posted to the rooms as well. The hotel reservation deadline for the group rate is February 20, 2018.
