The leaders of the WICA & WSC will be meeting on March 23rd for our Annual Labor/Management Conference to pro-actively address many of the “hot topics” in the Western States.  Participation in WICA’s labor committee is open to all contributing WICA Contractor Members and your leadership and input is imperative.  The schedule of events is as follows:
