Excitement Building For WICA 2019 Annual Convention

Excitement is building for WICA 2019 Annual Convention! Convention is just around the corner and all members who plan to attend have registered and reserved their rooms at the Hotel Terra in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Convention begins on Sunday, September 15 and ends Tuesday, September 17. As the event draws near attendees can expect the most current convention materials via the WICA App. Attendees will be receiving an email later this week with details on convention including a schedule of events, attendee list, weather and more! Much of that information can also be found through the WICA App, which can be downloaded in the Apple App Store or for Android in the Google Play Store.

For those attending WICA 2019 Annual Convention please double check all attendee lists to confirm that you are registered for the events you are planning to attend. If you find that you are not listed as an attendee for an event you intended to register for or if your name is listed for an event you are not planning to attend please email Sarah Hill at sarah@wica1.com or contact the WICA office.

Have You Downloaded the WICA App

As always attendees are encouraged to download and utilize the WICA App, as many of the paper materials will be eliminated. The Convention Section of the WICA App features many useful tools for convention attendees including the schedule of events, recommended area restaurants and activities, sponsors and a list of convention attendees.
